Apartment for 3 persons per day	40,00 €	50,00 €	65,00 €
The price rises by 30 % for a stay of less then 3 days !
All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
If you need a extra bed for your child up to 12 years of age, we can provide that at a reasonable price (15.00 € in low season or 20.00 € in high season).
Bed linen and towels are changing weekly.
There are no hidden extras to pay.

Rules For Reservation
Initial payment (security deposit :	Money transfer - 25% at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled at any time after it has been confirmed, the initial payment will not be refunded !
The final payment :	The balance will be due on the day of your arrival in the apartment. It may be paid only by cash !
